Quilters

At the heart of our quilters' group are women who enjoy fellowship through this creative ministry. We have fun creating, conversing, and praying together every Thursday. We typically have coffee and snacks before leaving. Once or twice a year we hold a bazaar of some of the items we have made. We give the money we raise to support Shade's ministry in Tanzania and The Whidbey Island Women's Clinic. We also help with facility projects throughout the church, and we provide free sewing lessons to young people.
